Once a report is generated, downloaded, or sent to the customer’s email or WhatsApp, the service is treated as fully completed. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided after successful delivery under normal circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility in Exceptional Cases
Refunds will be approved only in specific exceptional situations. These include cases where payment was deducted but the report was not generated due to a technical issue, duplicate payments were made for the same order, or the customer was charged but did not receive access to the report within the expected delivery time. Under these conditions, customers may request a refund for verification.
3. Refund Request Time Window
To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of making the payment. Requests sent after 48 hours cannot be accepted. Customers must provide valid proof of the transaction, such as a payment receipt or bank statement.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we verify the customer’s claim and confirm eligibility, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment gateway timelines.
5. Incorrect Contact Details – No Refund
If a customer enters an incorrect email address or WhatsApp number during purchase, the report will still be considered delivered once it is generated. In such situations, we will resend the report to the corrected contact details provided by the customer, but refunds cannot be issued for errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
As our reports are delivered instantly in digital format, cancellations are not possible once a payment has been successfully completed. Customers are advised to review their details carefully before initiating a purchase. After the order is placed, the file is generated automatically and cannot be stopped or cancelled.
We do not allow cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect details entered by the customer, or personal dissatisfaction with interpretations provided in the report.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once the payment is successful, customers can instantly download their report directly from our website. A backup copy of the report is also delivered to the customer’s registered email ID or WhatsApp number within 6–48 hours.

If the customer fails to download the report or deletes the file later, a free replacement cannot be issued; the customer must repurchase the report. Delivery delays may occur due to technical issues or incorrect contact details submitted by the user.
